The M.D.M Big Game Guide Service extends to all hunters the opportunity to have money refunded if unable to attend a hunt which the person has booked with our firm. The following is the only way we will refund money back to sports.

1.) If you cancel your hunt within 45 days prior to departure we will refund 100% of the deposit back to you.

2.) If you cancel your hunt within 30 days prior to departure we will refund 75% of the deposit back to you.

3.) If you cancel your hunt within in 15 days prior to departure we will refund 50% of the deposit back to you.

4.) If you cancel your hunt under 15 days prior to departure we will only refund 15% of the deposit back to you.

At M.D.M. we understand that there are circumstances beyond any mere mortals control which may necessitate canceling a reservation at the last moment. If you feel that you may be involved in one of those circumstances, please e-mail M.D.M and we will consider your special concerns.
